What are your latest requirements for entry?
We have been carefully monitoring the data around the spread of COVID-19, and we are significantly more optimistic than we were two months ago. Steady and rapid declines in both transmission and case rates over the past month have enabled us to make the transition back to a policy that allows for either proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event, except where restricted by law.
**AS ALWAYS, OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR REVERSAL BASED ON UPDATED DATA THAT INCLUDES INFECTION RATES, TRANSMISSION DATA, VARIANT DEVELOPMENTS, AS WELL AS MANDATES OR REGULATIONS FROM FEDERAL, STATE AND/OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES OR INSTRUMENTALITIES .
What qualifies as “fully vaccinated”?
We consider fully vaccinated to be two weeks after the second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or two weeks past a single Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
What kind of tests will be accepted?
A negative COVID-19 test result (molecular, PCR or antigen) that was administered by an official testing center. Test results must dated no more than 72 hours prior to entry. Home testing kit results will not be accepted for entry.
I have tickets to a show that’s coming up quickly…what if I don’t have time to get a test?
If you’re not fully vaccinated, you need to have proof of negative test. If for some reason you’re unable to get a test within 72 hours of the event, you can put your tickets up for resale. More details on that process can be found here: https://support.axs.com/hc/en-us/articles/360031622634-How-do-I-sell-my-tickets-
How do I show proof of vaccination when I arrive?
Acceptable documentation may be a physical copy of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, a digital copy of such card or such other proof as is permitted locally.
I’m visiting from another country, where other COVID-19 vaccines are approved for use (AstraZeneca, for example), will I be able to get in?
Yes, as long as you’re considered fully vaccinated.
What if I forget my proof of vaccination or negative test result?
You won’t get in. So please don’t.
What if I have a medical condition or religious belief that exempts me from getting vaccinated?
You will be required to provide a negative COVID-19 test result, taken within 72 hours of the event. Please refer to “What type of tests will be accepted?” above to make sure you have taken the proper test.
What about attendees under the age of 12?
As the vaccine has not been approved for use on kids under age 12, a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event will be required.
Will I still have to wear a mask?
As of 11/8/2021, The City of Atlanta has lifted the mask mandate which requires masks indoors. All of our staff will continue to wear masks, and we encourage everyone to do the same but they will no longer be required.
